Daterra Reserve
Tea Rose, Honey, Apricot
A definition of Reserve is setting something aside. Such is the unique coffee that we designate as Daterra Reserve. When a Reserve lot is offered it must be exceptional from all other coffees produced on the farm in a given year. The taste profile, processing, and varietals change with each vintage.
A bouquet of intense sweet delicate floral aromatics invites the cupper to experience the flavors of tea rose, honey and sweet sumptuous-juicy fruits. Nearly perfect balance of body and acidity is followed by a multifaceted lingering finish with notes of honey, almond and apricots.

Organic Reserve
Tropical Fruits, Spice, Sweet Acidity
Sweet from first aromatic to the final smooth-silky finish. These small round beans produce a tropical fruit and spice experience. Mango, papaya, peach and plum notes blend perfectly resulting in a remarkably sweet acidity bold flavor and a syrupy finish which lingers and tantalizes the palate.

Blossom and Blossom Peaberry
Jasmine, Honey, Mango
Aromatics that take the cupper to a secret garden filled with sweet delicate aromatics of lilies and jasmine. A well-balanced cup filled with raspberries, mango, nuts and caramel melt together to finish with a honey sweetness.

Moonlight
Molasses, ripe yellow fruits, body
Especially designed for cold brews – very sweet and creamy, with a touch of yellow fruits for acidity. Moonlight is a mix of dried-on-tree and pulped (semi-washed) cherries, blended for a sweet but complex cup.

Bourbon Collection
Chocolate, Hazelnut, Citrus
Blending Yellow and Red Bourbon to make a coffee that nature has yet to produce. Yellow Bourbon is native to Brazil and it spontaneously mutated from the Red Bourbon. The blending of the two creates intense aromatic of molasses and chocolate with a hint of spiciness and citrus, combined to introduce an amazing elegant coffee. Chocolate-covered fruits, with a touch of spice and caramel sweetness are complemented by its moderate fruit acids and unfold in a full-bodied cup, with lingering syrupy velvety finish.

Sweet Collection
Mandarin, Caramel, Bittersweet Chocolate
A complex and beautifully bright coffee. On the break the cupper experiences delicate floral and slight citrus notes that reveal themselves as the coffee develops in the cup. A sweet citrus-like acidity makes the body of this coffee glisten with flavors of sweet mandarin, rich dark chocolate and caramel. The finish is filled with high notes of sweet fruits and bittersweet chocolate.

Espresso Collection
Berry, Black Currant, Pecan Nuts
The air is filled with dark berry notes on the break as the cupper floats into a cup bursting with cherries and black currents mingled with pecans cloaked in syrupy sweetness. The intensity of the experience is illuminated by low acidity and a heavy yet clean mouthfeel.

Full Bloom
Ripe Stone Fruits, Blueberry, Caramel
An elegant and refined fully natural coffee begins its journey at the peak of the harvest when the cherries are filled with honey-like liquor. The beans start drying on the tree, then transferred in cherry to the patio, until the honey is almost dissolved. The drying is finished in the dryer to insure consistent moisture content and stabilization of the beans. The ripe fruit aromatics and exotic flavors of stone fruits, blueberry and plum make for a succulent juicy mouthfeel reminiscent of a fine wine. Full bodied with a clean caramel-fruity finish that smoothly rolls over the palate.

Bourbon Yellow
Floral, Citrus, Creamy
The varietal Yellow Bourbon developed from the natural mutation process, that occurs when a plant amends its DNA to better thrive in a new environment. This varietal is a mutation from Red Bourbon originally from the Isle of Bourbon. When it was planted in Brazil, the climate and soil conditions resulted in the development of yellow cherries. Bourbon Yellow has intense citrus and floral characteristics on the break with soft fruity and citrus acidity, with an overlay of honey-caramel sweetness and texture, resulting in a creamy aftertaste.

Espresso Yellow
Honey, Caramel, Citrus
Sweetness dominates the cup from first aromatics to the final sip. As water cascades over the ground coffee notes of citrus, honey, caramel beckon the cupper to explore the velvety smoothness and balanced acidity leading a honey-citrus finish.

Sweet Yellow
Molasses, Malty Grains, Passion Fruit
The yellow cultivars grown on Daterra are combined to produce this remarkably sweet honey-like coffee. On the break the nose will detect caramel, molasses, honey, hints of passion fruit and warm spice, wafting from the cup and enticing the cupper to explore the complex yet balanced cup. Caramel, malty grains and honey with notes of toasted pecans introduce a creamy buttery body and a sweet lingering finish.

Bourbon Peaberry (Pearl Bourbon)
Fruit, Molasses, Caramel
These small peaberry beans are filled with aromatic and flavor of fruit, molasses and caramel. An extremely harmonious coffee with pronounced sweetness in the aftertaste. An ideal drip coffee and espresso component.
